Poyamoon Whole Villa Hire
Experience exclusive use of the entire villa and its grounds.
Rate: $895 USD ( £665)per night Nov- April ( inc) May – Oct $700 (£520)
Capacity: Up to 8 guests
Minimum Stay: 5 nights ( Christmas period Dec 20th – January 7th minimum 7 nights)
Deposit: $1,000 USD (non-refundable) (£740)
Payment: Full cleared payment via bank transfer is required before arrival to secure your booking
Food: Breakfast included.
Lunch & Evening meal Can be prepared and cooked by the butler but you will need to supply the ingredients by means of an allowance to the butler who will source for you. The cooking of the meal has no fee.
Staffing:
Butler and maid service are included.
If required, a nanny service can be arranged for an additional $60 USD (£45)per day (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Moonlight Stay – Island Bedroom
A peaceful, private suite designed exclusively for adults.
Rate: Room $169 USD (£125) per night Nov- April ( inc) May – Oct $150 (£110)
Capacity: Maximum 2 adults
Minimum: 2 nights stay
Payment: Paid and cleared in advance via bank transfer to secure reservation
Food: Breakfast is included.
Evening meal has a small cost $15pp (£11) and Lunch $10pp (£7.50)for listed menu.
Staffing:
Butler and maid service are included.
Moonlight Stay – Peacock Room
Bright and inviting accommodation ideal for couples or family. The room has two extra large sized beds.
Rate: Room $150 USD (£110) per night (up to 2 guests) Nov- April ( inc) May – Oct $135 (£99.50)
Additional guests are $60 USD (£45) per person, per night Children ( under 16) $20pp (£15)
May – Oct $50 & $15
A family of 2 adults 2 children would be $190 (£140)
Minimum: 2 nights stay

Palm Stay
Palm Stay offers a unique one-to-one personalised hosted experience on a basis of 2 to 6 week stay. There are ONLY two bookings per year.
