The TV Room

The TV and Video Room is a comfortable lounge designed for relaxed, easy enjoyment — perfect for evenings when you wish to unwind with a film or spend quiet time together indoors. It’s the go to room when you want to catch up on world events or just watch a music concert or great movie.

A projector-based cinema system replaces a traditional television, displaying films directly onto the wall so that everyone, wherever they sit, can enjoy a clear view. The room holds a very  large collection of DVDs and classic videos shipped from the UK, offering movies for all ages — from timeless favourites to plenty of family and children’s films.

When the weather turns a little mischievous, Billy can draw the blackout curtains to create a cosy, private cinema experience.

For those who prefer a quieter focus, there is also a desk and table area, ideal for laptop work, writing, or simply sitting apart while others watch.

Alongside the films, you’ll also find a collection of modern books — all lovingly shipped from the UK — offering another quiet way to unwind, explore, and simply be. If the Internet goes down, then there is always lots of entertainment at hand, including board games and jigsaws.

The room does have an AC unit which takes the heat out of the room when the drapes are closed for those that perhaps find the tropical evening heat, a tad too much.
