Located upstairs, you gently ascend the beautifully crafted, almost regal arched staircase, its iron railings guiding your way. As you pass the whimsical “nutty man” sculpture—cleverly created entirely from nuts—you enter the Master Bedroom.

Here, you step into a tranquil retreat designed for those who long to sleep in harmony with nature. At its heart rests an elegant island-style bed, inviting and serene, perfectly positioned to welcome the soft night breeze that drifts through the French doors. Whether you choose to leave them open to the gentle rustle of the evening air or close them for a more intimate cocoon, the atmosphere remains effortlessly calming and deeply romantic.

There is no air conditioning in this room by design — instead, the gentle movement of air and the quiet hum of the ceiling fan, placed directly above the bed, create a soothing rhythm that lulls you into deep rest. The warmth of the tropical air and climate stimulated by the fan create a wonderful combination that makes falling asleep very easy. The owner prefers to sleep with the doors wide open and only ever closes them if the weathers being inclement and as its never over looked he rarely closes the curtains.

As dawn breaks, the call of peacocks drifts through the morning air — an unmistakable sound, gentle yet insistent, that serves as nature’s own semi-conscious alarm. It’s a peaceful way to wake, reminding you exactly where you are: in harmony with the island’s quiet life. Woodpeckers and parrots also add to the morning calls.

The views from the Master Bedroom are truly stunning — elevated above the grounds, the room offers the highest vantage point over the swaying paddy fields and the lush jungle beyond. As the light shifts through the day, the landscape below transforms into a living canvas — tranquil, magical, and endlessly captivating.

Mosquitoes are rare, and no jungle wildlife seeks to intrude, allowing the space to remain serene and safe.

Simple, elegant, and deeply connected to the land, the Master Bedroom offers a pure experience of rest — where sleep, air, and sound move together in calm simplicity.

This Room is ONLY available when the whole villa is hired or the Palm Stay package has been booked where the individual has a choice of any room in the Villa. If the person booking the Palm Stay package wanted AC in this room then this is negotiable and could be discussed.

The bathroom is wonderfully spacious, offering a serene retreat where the shower can be enjoyed cool and refreshing or warm and soothing, depending on your mood. Its soft Greek-inspired design creates an atmosphere of gentle elegance, with the owner’s love for Greece woven into every corner. The authentic wool rugs—brought from the misty mountains of Corfu—add a touch of rustic charm, while the photographs in the master bedroom and shower are truly exceptional. Captured by the semi-professional photographer owner, they are among the most artistic and evocative images in the entire villa, adding a deeply personal and romantic touch.

Nearby, a rather quaint walk-in dressing area awaits. Thoughtfully arranged with graceful shelving and a place to hang your favourite pieces, it’s the perfect spot to linger while getting ready. The mirror and chair create a romantic little corner for those final touches, whether you’re preparing for a sun-kissed morning or a magical evening under the stars.
